Cap and Gown Distribution

The deadline to order your cap & gown is Sunday, April 29, 2012.

Cap & gown distribution will take place at the Stanford Bookstore, Textbook Department, Lower Level, beginning Friday, June 8, 2012. Distribution will be open Monday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Gowns and hoods are rentals and should be returned to the Bookstore. Bins will be located on the Bookstore's front patio beginning Saturday, June 16. Place your gown and hood in the bin and sign the log on the table next to the bin.

You may keep your cap, Stole of Gratitude(s) and tassel.

If you ordered a diploma frame, it will be ready with your cap & gown order.

Announcements ordered online will be shipped directly to the shipping address within your online order.

At this time, we can not guarantee custom regalia will be delivered by Commencement without expedited shipping fees. The delivery timeline is eight weeks.
